The 2026 Walter E. and Helen Parke Loomis Distinguished Lecture and Interdepartmental Plant Biology (IPB) Graduate Program Mini Symposium begins at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, May 18, in the Molecular Biology Building. Invited speakers are Dr. Keith Slotkin, Donald Danforth Plant Science Center; Dr. Ellen Youngsoo RIM, Stanford University Department of Chemical Engineering; and Dr. Feng Zhang, University of Minnesota Department of Plant and Microbial Biology. 

The registration deadline is May 11.
