The College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (CALS) celebrates the annual George Washington Carver Day at Iowa State University on Monday, Feb. 2, in Durham Great Hall, Memorial Union, with the program beginning at 5:30 p.m. 

Amanda Williams, a visual artist and architect, is the keynote speaker. She will share her insights on the revival of G.W. Carver's century-old patent for blue paint and its powerful history.
