Some GDCB faculty members do cool stuff, like flying airplanes

GDCB Professor Diane Bassham says in a blog on The Ladies Love Taildraggers website that she got her tailwheel endorsement in a rented Champ 14 years ago, and put it to use towing gliders with a Supercub for the local glider club. There she met her husband, one of the other tow pilots, and 10 years later they finally bought an airplane of their own, a 1972 7KCAB Citabria pictured here.
