Two genetics, development and cell biology faculty members will be recognized during the university's annual awards ceremony on Friday, Sept. 14, in the Memorial Union Great Hall.

Professor Donald Sakaguchi will receive the title of Morrill Professor. Professor and Pioneer Chair in Maize Molecular Genetics Thomas Peterson will receive the Regents Award for Faculty Excellence.
