Plant biologist receives worldwide, ISU honors

The American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) named an Iowa State University (ISU)
plant biologist to its 2021 AAAS Fellow cohort. In addition to the AAAS Fellow honor, the ISU College of Liberal Arts and Sciences (LAS) honored the plant biologist, Diane Bassham, with a Distinguished Professor title. Bassham is professosr in genetics, development and cell biology professor and is the Walter E. and Helen Parke Loomis Professor of Plant Physiology.
