Ten Department of Genetics, Development and Cell Biology (GDCB) professors and four faculty from outside Iowa State University will discuss their research in the Spring 2021 GDCB Seminar series. All seminars will be held online on Tuesdays at 4:10 p.m. The meeting link can be found below.

GDCB professors who will lead seminars are: Eve Wurtele (Feb. 2), Eric Henderson (Feb. 9), Maura McGrail (Feb. 23), Yanhai Yin (March 2), Don Sakaguchi (March 9), Jeff Essner (March 16), Diane Bassham (March 23), Phil Becraft (March 30), Karin Dorman (April 13) and Carolyn Lawrence-Dill (April 20).

Faculty from outside ISU who will present topics are Stephanie Grainger, San Diego State University (Jan. 26), Trista North, Harvard Medical (Feb. 16), Thelma Madzima, University of Washington, Bothell (April 6) and Manuel Ares, University of California, Santa Cruz (April 27).
